James Rose is an award winning comedy writer, studied at the prestigious “Second City” (The world's premier comedy club/theatre and school of improvisation) and performed in stand up clubs all over Melbourne, the UK and LA.
In 2010 James was the recipient of a Gold Level writing award at the California Film Awards, for a comedy script he wrote entitled “Alcoholocide”. During 2011, James performed stand up at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival at his show entitled “The Lord James: Greatest Shits Tour”. Later in 2011, James spent time performing stand up in various places around the UK.
James has started 2012 with a bang, studying improv at Second City in Los Angeles. Whilst in Los Angeles he has auditioned for NBC and performed all over Hollywood including “The World Famous Comedy Store”-Belly Room.
After developing a brutally honest open persona, James is now developing an alternate "clean" material routine as well to enable James to adapt to different audiences.
James is also a member of the comedy improv troupe "The Wrong People".
